Refund policy

30-day returns, no questions asked

You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. If a piece doesn't bring you calm, send it back.

To be eligible, items should be unused or gently tried, in re-sellable condition, and ideally in their original packaging. Your order number is your proof of purchase.

How to start a return: email us at switchboardnz@gmail.com with your order number. We'll reply with return instructions and the return address. Please don't send items back without contacting us first.

Fit issues are on us. Sizing is the #1 reason organisers don't work out — if it doesn't fit your space, we'll cover the return shipping.

Damages and issues: please inspect your order on arrival and email us within 7 days with a photo if anything is defective, damaged, or incorrect — we'll send a replacement or full refund at our cost.

Exceptions: sale items are returnable for store credit only. Gift cards can't be returned.

Exchanges: email us — we'll work out the simplest path, usually a return plus a new order with shipping waived.

Refunds: once we receive and inspect your return, we'll refund your original payment method within 3 business days. Banks can take a few extra days to post it.

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Fair Trading Act 1986.
