30 days, no questions asked
If a piece doesn't bring you calm, send it back. We'll refund you within 3 business days of receiving the return.
How to return
- Email hi@everydayorder.co.nz with your order number.
- We'll send return instructions and a shipping address.
- Send it back in its original packaging if possible.
- Once we receive it, we'll process the refund to your original payment method.
What's eligible
- Unused or gently tried items within 30 days of delivery.
- Items in re-sellable condition.
- Sale items are returnable for store credit only.
Faulty or damaged items
Not your fault — let us know within 7 days of delivery with a photo, and we'll send a replacement at our cost.
Exchanges
Drop us an email. We'll work out the simplest path — usually a return + new order, with shipping waived.
