Three ways to find what you're looking for, in order of fastest.
Check your inbox for the tracking email
The fastest way. As soon as your order leaves the supplier's warehouse, we send a tracking link to the email you used at checkout. Search your inbox (and spam folder) for "Everyday Order shipped" — the tracking link is in there.

If you created an account at checkout, you'll see all your orders + their current status under Orders.

Faster than any tracking system. Include your order number (starts with #) and we'll chase it down. Replies within one NZ business day, usually faster.

Day 0
Order confirmation Sent immediately to the email you used at checkout. If you don't see it within 10 minutes, check spam.

Within 1–2 days
Confirmed with our supplier We forward the order details to the supplier nearest you. You won't see a tracking link yet at this stage — that comes once it physically ships.

Within 3–5 days
Shipping notification + tracking link An email lands with your tracking link. From here you can follow the parcel as it heads to NZ.

2–3 weeks total
Delivery to your door Most NZ orders arrive in 14–21 days from order date. Rural addresses sometimes take 2–3 extra days.
Common tracking questions
It's been more than 25 days. What now?
Email us at hi@everydayorder.co.nz with your order number. We chase it directly with the supplier and either get it moving or full-refund you. No questions, no fine print.
My tracking link hasn't moved in days.
Tracking updates lag behind the physical parcel by 1–4 days on this route. If it's been static for more than a week, email us and we'll check directly with the carrier.
Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
Yes — but only if the order hasn't shipped yet. Email us within 24 hours of placing the order with your new address. After that we can usually still help but it's not guaranteed.
It arrived damaged.
Photo it before unpacking everything else, then email us within 7 days of delivery. We'll send a replacement at our cost or refund — your choice.
