How long does NZ shipping take?

Most orders arrive in 2–3 weeks. We'll send tracking the moment your order ships. If anything looks delayed, write to us — we follow up directly with the supplier.

Is shipping really free over $60?

Yes — free standard shipping across New Zealand on orders over $60 NZD. Under $60, shipping is a flat $7.95.

Do you ship to Australia?

We do — flat AU shipping is $14.95 NZD at checkout. International shipping is available case-by-case; email us and we'll quote it.

What's your returns policy?

30 days, no questions asked. If it doesn't bring you calm, send it back. We'll process the refund within 3 business days of receiving the return.

Do you have actual stock?

Yes. We work with a curated set of suppliers and ship as soon as your order is placed. Quantities are managed — when a piece runs low we mark it on the product page.

Are the items durable?

Our pieces are chosen for everyday use — wipeable, sturdy, designed to keep working for years. Specific materials are noted on each product page.

Do you offer Afterpay?

Yes — pay over four installments with Afterpay at checkout. Apple Pay and Google Pay are also available.

Can I gift wrap an order?

We don't currently offer gift wrap, but we'll add a hand-written note if you mention it at checkout in the order notes.

I bought the wrong size — what now?

Email us with your order number and we'll arrange an exchange. Returns are free within 30 days.

Are you a New Zealand business?

Yes — we're based in Aotearoa, ship globally, and answer emails from NZ business hours. We aim to bring more inventory to NZ as we grow.
