Free standard shipping on orders over $60 NZD. Under $60, shipping is a flat $7.95. Estimated delivery is 2–3 weeks from order date.

Australia

Standard AU shipping is a flat $14.95 NZD. Estimated delivery is 2–3 weeks.

International

We ship internationally case-by-case. Email hi@everydayorder.co.nz with your destination and we'll come back with a quote and timing.

How we ship

We partner with carefully selected suppliers and ship from their nearest fulfilment centre. When your order is placed, you'll get an order confirmation. When it leaves the warehouse, you'll get tracking. From there, follow the tracking link to see when it'll arrive.

Where's my order?

If it's been more than 25 days since you ordered and you haven't received tracking, email us at hi@everydayorder.co.nz. We'll chase it directly.

Damaged in transit

Open your parcel and take a photo. Email us within 7 days of delivery and we'll send a replacement or full refund.
